#365project2018 Day 180 of 365 Such sad news about such an Awesome Person. I had the honor & pleasure of meeting Matt years ago when I moved to Louisville. I am a wrestling fan & knew of him from that but I got to work with him on his company Faith Ink. & during that time I became a fan of him, the person. He was always so positive! We got to have a few Amazing conversations about Christ & you could feel his Faith! I always keep up with him after we finished working together & had a few conversations over the years. I am sad of the news & my thoughts & prayers go out to him & his family. Matt, you left an amazing legacy! Rest In Peace My Friend #TeamCapp

585 x 1 at 1-Fiddy Zero! Man I'm not going to lie, might compete at one more meet at 145 lbs (66 kg) and I might have to say good bye like chris brown. 3 weeks off of sumos, and this 585 at 5 lbs heavier feels like the new 495. 12 days off. 275 fornsome touches at 149 lbs. Brushing off the cob webs, but slowly and surely, you will see a big performance by me. On another note, can I bring this carpet and use it to lift on next time? Haha! A big problem of mine is when certain conditions/environment isn't ideal, my lifts goes down the gutter.
