A ship I have with said character: I don’t ship Rajbow with other people honestly. They mean a lot to me really. Td has used queer people as a punchline since day one and to go and see how much care and pride was put into Bowie and Raj’s relationship, a cute, respectful build up in season 1 and testing their relationship without any cheating or demonization or jealousy arc, it was really nice. Raj and Bowie are a wonderful couple

A ship I have with said character: Oh you know. Priya💥Millie💥Damien💥Scary Girl. Her dynamics with each of them are great. Prillie are overly affectionate girl best friends who go through one thousand years of “oh she’s just being friendly I shouldn’t think she’s into me” while each of them look at each other how a baby turtle looks to moonlight. Damien and her are just so highschool to me I can see them awkwardly dancing at prom as I speak he thinks she’s the coolest person around and Priya is just so charmed by him. Scary Girl is like her murderous cat bringing her dead mice (Ripper) while Priya’s like “is she planning to kill me???” but Scary’s mind is just “hehe, what if we held hands…”

A BROTP I have with said character: I would’ve liked more of her with Bowie one on one. Their debut season’s finalists and certainly the best players of their cast but their final challenge doesn’t let them have much of a back and forth

A NOTP I have with said character: Rhymes with Criyaleb. Yeah their romance plot hurts Priya in a similar yet opposite way as it does Caleb where it robs him being anything outside of that and it robs Priya was everything she was before. The storyline could’ve been written more suited to her, really. Being in a romantic relationship on the show could’ve been something her parents forbid because it would make her a target and her entering one would’ve been an act of rebellion against them. Or it could’ve been emphasized as a totally new experience for Priya because of her upbringing. As it stands you could swap Priya for like three other girls in this storyline and it would’ve at least somewhat more tolerable :/

A random headcanon: Sometimes she talks in her sleep buts it’s just lines from past total drama seasons

General Opinion over said character: I love Priya she’s lovely. A kid raised to be a td contestant is a great concept for a 15 year time skip and they do nooot shy away from how unhealthy that would be. Before recently I had remember more “they sent me to catapult camp” and less “they abandoned me in the wilderness and I had to learn how to milk a yak for sustenance” and “one summer they took me to aqua ocean world everyday for a month until I leaned to escape from inside a whale” wow they’re awful. I love that even after her training she’s not even that good at the social half of the game because she’s still an awkward, petty, insecure teenager. I love her for that she’s so real. She’s been denied the chance to be a real kid and through her friendship with Millie we see her have so many of the ‘firsts’ she’s missed out on, starting with her first friendship. She makes friendship bracelets, they wear silly costumes, she has a falling out and makes up for the first time. It’s cute and heartwarming. Her personality is so charming and her voice work is great. Ily Priya. Didn’t need to go to the final four after winning though

Prillie is Prillie, I really like queer platonic Damillie after s2e3, and Scary Girl I think started as partner in laws but Millie likes studying her like a bug in a jar (in a non-judgmental way) and Scary likes having someone who’ll listen to her more morbid rambles without getting too queasy

A BROTP I have with said character: Mipper lol theyre fun I like em’. I understand why millie wasn’t a fan of him after his plan to help her had proya sinking into lava but I would’ve liked more of them

A ship I have with said character: Lowkey Scary Chase is funny. In S1 he weirdly think she's pretty awesome? He's all "wow cool backflip!" in episode 2 and gets really genuinely impressed with her in episode 3. He also gets horribly injured before that and she's like "nice!" They're funny she would design the most horrible death traps for Chase's youtube channel and he'd go "awesome!" before jumping into them immediately and getting brutalized while she claps in delight.

A BROTP I have with said character: God him and Bowie are so funny he hates his ass. Chase keeps walking up to him like "Aeeee Bowie my bro my main man my favorite gay guy" and Bowie just wants to shove him off a cliff

A NOTP I have with said character: Chazee because they look like siblings or dating (this is why I've been a gidgette anti since childhood). I mean also Chemma but that's such a nonanswer.

A random headcanon: His hoodie is his own merch

General Opinion over said character: Omg I haaate him he's the wooorst but then I watch his scenes and I'm like 'oh wait he's funny' before he starts being awful again. One minute he's acting out a dramatic death scene to bears and crying apoligizing to his mom that he fed his brokoili to the dog and you're like well maaaybe he isn't so bad and then he says he wanted to rename Emma to Chase's Girlfriend. Writing this out I see why Emma had such a back and forth relationship with him. He's the other half of my gen 4 bottom two I mentioned for opposite reasons he's the awfullest man alive but man if he doesn't have some entertaining scenes. I don't imagine the writers put too much thought into this aspect of him but the fact we have a youtuber character who actively hurts people around him to create content without much consequence because he's charismatic does actually feel like a relevant critique. Season 2 sepretating him from Emma and making him spend an episode trying to do a good youtube intro before getting voted off was the ideal use of him. If there's a season three I wouldn't mind a Chase redemption but only if he stays away from Emma at all times while Bowie lists out everything wrong with him on repeat and it ends with him finally apologizing to Emma where she goes 'Oh, thanks for finally saying that. Please leave me alone now' and he nods because he hashtag respects women now and leaves to cry his eyes out.

Sexuality Headcanon: Zee is just so aromantic to me. Another contestant would confess their crush on him and he'd go "Ah that's so cool dude :). Happy for you."

Gender Headcanon: I don't think Zee uses any label because that would imply he understands what gender is to begin with

A random headcanon: He really likes plants because people at his highschool kept asking him about 'weeds' so he'd take them outside to the grass. He didn't get why they'd leave annoyed but it made him start paying attention to them to figure why people were so interested in them. He thinks they're rad now

Sexuality Headcanon: I like a lot different hcs people have for her but I think of her as unlabeled

Gender Headcanon: Genderless Scary Girl has a very compelling argument but I like the thought she finds her name gender euphoric

A ship I have with said character: You can ship Scary with nearly anyone and have a fun dynamic buuuut Scarmien is my favorite (that and the Scary Damprillie polycule if I may be so bold). Scary Girl just seems besotted with his existence. Tormenting him because "His screams are so... delicious! What's a girl to do?" but never too much least she not get to hear his screams again. He's the ant in her jar she wants to shake around. The fact he's scared of her but also, doesn't think of her that negatively? Thanking her for saving him before infodumping to her and then trying to talk to her causally when he incorrectly assumed she wouldn't run him over with a jackhammer because they were on the same team. Also "who wants to be my first crush" before deciding on Damien lol.

A BROTP I have with said character: Zee is so casual with her its so funny. He's like "ah Scary girl my bud Scary girl what's you been up to" as she scurries around like a strange insect

A NOTP I have with said character: I genuinely have not seen a Scary Girl ship proposed that I dislike

A random headcanon: She keeps a list of all her castmates she has bitten and ranks them by both taste and pain delivered

General Opinion over said character: Scary is a real interesting because she's the proposed crazy girl of gen 4 but she's, very much not crazy. Scary Girl isn't into violence, terror, and skeletal parts because she's irrational but because, for starters, we see she can act very rationally without 'breaking character' such as when she came up with the plan to sink both ships in the second episode. Scary's tendencies are treated more as compulsions than anything. The above "What's a girl to do?" comment, her inability to resist attacking her teammates, “Sometimes I get a little carried away.” Which isn’t to say this is all something Lauren is cursed with, no, these are just Scary Girl's natural interests which make her happy, not some facade to give her excuse to terrorize people or result her being ~insane~. However, it isn't as if she doesn't care what others think of her. Episode 4 and her talk with Priya reveals how she can fixate on how Priya's words could be implied insults towards her, but then there's season 2. Taking advantage of the seasonal time gap (which the first episode is very good at doing), we see how the collective reaction to Lauren's behavior on the show affected her and it was... badly. We see Scary try, so hard to correct everything that's 'wrong' with her, copy how perceived normal people act, and bottle down all her joys and interests. She only becomes a masquerade of normality because she just can't turn off who she is. She's enthralled with pain and violence and horror and even through searching for social acceptance by masking herself she's still her. She's very autism for all this. Big fan.

Gender Headcanon: Trans Nichelle hcers cover your eyes. She’s like one of the most cisgender characters in the show to me I can’t even justify why

A random headcanon: After getting booted she watched Julia getting beat up in episode 9 on repeat
