All stars should've had a BIG cast the 13 episodes was not enough for the plot points they wanted too make so it just made basically every plot points even worse because its now rushed also I just think having characters like Owen Beth brick and dawn would've made the season more interesting

Pakithew island is not worse then all stars. Most of the people saying that are just blinded by gen 1

Scott is not THAT bad as a villain a lot of people say that because he was very obviously evil and the writers dumbed down some characters for him too work but isn't that every total drama villain? (Including alejandro)

You're so right on the first one! A bigger cast would've resolved the problem of excluding so many important characters. When I look at the cast we got I can't help but think "why isn't there [insert popular character]?". Honestly, while I think the 13 episode format is a huge problem in general, I still believe that a lot of plot points in All stars would be even worse with more episodes (maybe I'm exaggerating, but a lot of plot points aren't just rushed, they're straight up random). I would've loved seeing Owen, Beth, Brick and Dawn interact with the other gens! Imagine Owen befriending Zoey or Brick and Lindsay talking about fashion!

About Pahkitew, you get it! All stars is way more random and cartoonish than Pahkitew, at some point in All stars the challenges and the competition itself don't even matter! And td is supposed to be a reality show, not a "let's save the world from the forces of evil" type of cartoon. At least in Pahkitew the game is somehow important. Anyway,I still don't understand how people get blinded by nostalgia while watching a season that completely ruins the complexity of such beloved characters. Rewatching Pahkitew never gives me the feeling of "the show is ruined forever" that All stars does.
