if i may be extremely american for a moment, can i just say that i hate it when recipes or measuring spoons abbreviate tablespoon as "tbs" instead of "tbsp". three letters with t and s in them look too much like "tsp". please either use the four-letter abbreviation instead or else spell the whole word out. thank you. signed, tumblr user bourtange
