hello my lovely people!

as many of you may know (or may not know lol), I started writing TBCH 1.5 years ago and it was the first ever fic series I started. well, TBCH readers know I haven‘t updated since a year already. (believe me, I was shocked too when I saw that nov 2017 was the last update jsskkdfhs)

I started searching for motivation to continue the fic bc I really did love the plot and I got some asks too. I read it, I read my summary, notes, connections etc. and I came to the conclusion that this ain‘t it, chief. I feel like I could‘ve done so much more with the characters, the tension and the relationship building. I feel like it was a hassle and it was really more about the smut for me than for anything else. I realized now how much I‘ve really improven in writing, with so much more than just the smut. that‘s why I don‘t really feel into the story anymore.

so, long story short: I‘m discontinuing The Boss‘ Cold Heart.

but! I‘ll be rewriting it! same story, same plot, same people. except I‘m actually going to get more into the relationships and the character‘s background, and deepen/intensify the whole thing. and the smut won‘t be in the foreground anymore.

I‘ll leave the fic till chapter 5 up anyways, so if you wanna go back to read anything (e.g. the smut scenes 😏), you can do so! but you can also look forward to a newer version of it☺️ I for sure will!

I‘m sorry to those who waited paaaatiently for the next update, but if you‘re keen, you can read the renewed and improved fic soon!
