Sunrise light reflected on the cliffs in Tavertet, Central Catalonia.
The Tavertet cliffs are 400 meters tall, with 200 meters of vertical fall, which for centuries made the little village of Tavertet (located on the flat area on top of the mountain) one of the most remote places in our country.

Yesterday we went to the Collsacabra region in north-central Catalonia, where my mother was born. I had not been there for years and I was very excited about it. It’s a very beautiful area, with lush nature, impressive cliffs and little typical villages. Most of the tourists who come to Catalonia only really visit Barcelona and the coast, they don’t know they’re missing places like this further inland! These are some of the pictures I took :)
