Possibly canonical trans girl in Pokemon Champions? Tatora is the receptionist in the game (and the person you see on the home screen other than your players character), she wears trans flag colors, in both English and Japanese she has “tora” in her name which means “tiger” which is a symbol of the trans community in Japan, and I have heard (but not confirmed) that she is explicitly trans in Japanese (but it’s not mentioned in English).
