Ingredients: 4 large potatoes, cut into thin fries. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon truffle oil. Salt and black pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 425F 220C. In a large bowl, mix the fries with the truffle oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss the fries until they are well covered. Place the fries on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper so that they are all in one layer. Flip the fries over every 25 to 30 minutes while they're baking until they are golden brown and crispy. Place the fries on a baking sheet. Grate Parmesan cheese and chop parsley over the fries. Enjoy while hot!
