These Air Fryer Fried Cheesy Pickle Egg Rolls are a tasty and unique snack or appetizer that taste like pickles, cheese, and a tangy dipping sauce all in one. They are tasty at any event because they are crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside.
Ingredients: 6 egg roll wrappers. 12 dill pickle spears. 6 slices of American cheese. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup yellow mustard. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon onion powder. 1/4 teaspoon paprika. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Set out an egg roll wrapper so that one corner faces you. In the middle of the wrapper, put a slice of American cheese. Place two pickle spears on top of the cheese slice. A lot of shredded cheddar cheese should be put on top of the pickles. Put the yellow mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper in a small bowl and mix them together. Put some of the mayo and mustard mix on top of the shredded cheese. Tuck the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling and fold it over. Fold the sides of the wrapper in, and then keep rolling it up. Use a little water to seal the edges. Do the same thing with the rest of the egg roll wrappers and filling. Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 375F 190C. Spray the egg rolls with cooking spray just a little. Make sure the egg rolls don't touch each other as you put them in the air fryer basket. For 8 to 10 minutes, flip them over halfway through the cooking time, or until they are golden brown and crispy. If you want, you can serve it hot with extra dipping sauce.
