à l’origine nous sommes des chasseurs cueilleurs ; internet et les réseaux sociaux ont réactivé le chasseur cueilleur qui dormait en nous ; nous passons notre vie désormais à cela comme les hommes du Néolithique, notre cerveau parfaitement adapté à cette activité ; eux pour survivre, nous pour détruire nos vies et notre civilisation

at our origin, we were hunter-gatherers; the internet and social media have reawakened the hunter-gatherer that lay dormant within us; we now spend much of our lives doing what our Neolithic ancestors did, with brains perfectly adapted to that activity; they did it to survive; we do it at the risk of undermining our own lives and the civilization we have built

alle nostre origini eravamo cacciatori-raccoglitori; internet e i social network hanno risvegliato il cacciatore-raccoglitore che dormiva dentro di noi; oggi trascorriamo gran parte della nostra vita facendo ciò che facevano gli uomini del Neolitico, con un cervello perfettamente adattato a questa attività; loro lo facevano per sopravvivere; noi rischiamo di farlo fino a distruggere le nostre vite e la civiltà che abbiamo costruito
