This is my first time fronting and I didn’t really think about what being a fictive meant until I looked up my name and saw this

There are… way too many people who know me here. People that know too much about me. It’s kind of scary. I know enough about the internet to know what kind of content has been made about me without needing to look it up. It’s a really weird situation to be in. I guess I’m probably better off not thinking about it too much, but I just wanted to share. Being a fictive can be scary, in a lot more ways than one.

It’s also just scary being a new headmate. I don’t seem to be as connected to the rest of the system as most of our new members are, I had to find pictures to see what my headmates look like instead of just being able to remember like we usually do. My headmates are really strange… I don’t really know what to think of them. I guess it makes sense though. We all come from really different places.

I’m in a new place in a new world and sharing my head with people I never could have imagined could exist before… I guess I just don’t really know what to do.

I don’t think there’s really much I can do. I’m one of one hundred.

I’ll probably just fade into the background like most of the others soon enough.

It’s weird how uncomfortable it is to be a human again. I would have thought it would be familiar, but my hands, my nose, my ears, it all feels wrong.
