Honestly, it really depends on who these artifacts are for (dps, tank, support) AND YOUR GACHA LUCK
If it’s a character that can heal (Barbara, Bennett, Jean, qiqi) it’s best if you have a circlet that has a healing bonus or energy recharge!
For tanks, a defence stat or hp is most desirable.
For catalyst users, people tend to aim for elemental mastery.
In general, you would like to aim for artifacts that have energy recharge, crit dmg and crit rate.
Sands - aim for ATK%
Goblet - some kind of damage bonus that matches with the characters element
Circlet - crit dmg/rate
