I rarely share headcanons of this caliber without feeling a little evil. Mads probably told Hugh he moans like a girl and called him "princess" and "sweetheart" all night afterward. He probably told Hugh to go ahead and scream for him.

Like he had to say anything. Hugh is very vocal. If anything, mads has to constantly kiss him to muffle his screams. Seeing how blushy and squirmy and LOUD Hugh got at being call princess and sweetheart, the next time they met, Mads brought a minskirt and matching panty and  thigh high set for him to wear.
