Tonight we started off with a quick 10x of each Basic drill. ThenĀ ācountedā Taigo 1 a couple of times. I think this really helped on student a great deal. Then we paired off and worked on each studentās own stuff. Bo 1 and/or continuing to drill Taigo 1.Ā
I jokingly asked one Student to go out in the parking lot and practice, and she did!!! Too funny, but kind of awesome...

Drilled basics really quickly then got into stances. Worked Taigo 1, fine tuning things and adding inĀ āhandsā as well with one student. Bo 1 with staying low. The worked hard and had a good class I think.

Private lessonĀ āquickā - did kick work, strengthening side & 1/2 rounds kicks, then did some Makiwara practice. Finished with 20:00 drilling Taigo 1 - feet only.

Warmed up with some quick basics and one student did 10x each bow strikes/blocks.Ā
Then broke off and one worked on Taigo 1 and one worked through Bo 1. Each got all the way through. Now just need to practice and perfect as much as possible.

Worked with 2 students. Started with Basic Kicks then Basics from Attention Position.Ā
Worked one the beginnings of Tiago 1 and took the other farther along with Bo 1.Ā

Going to have to change the name of these sooner than later.Ā
Had a student show up, and learned Taigo 1 all the way through. She did so great, got all the movements and we went really fast. I hope she practices between now and next class. I think she really likes Karate. So fun.
Did some bag work for a good 20:00 after class too.Ā

Kata. Started off going right into Kata as a large class/group. Drilled Taigo 1 footwork, Taigo 1, 2 & 3. Then did Too San. Then we broke up and worked Too San a few times. Then came back towards the end and did them all over as a straight set. At the end of class we did wheel barrow walks across the floor taking turns. Great class, I worked my butt off tonight.
