Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 packet taco seasoning mix. 1 cup sour cream. 1 cup salsa. 1 cup guacamole. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. Tortilla chips for serving.
Instructions: In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat from the beef and add the taco seasoning mix according to package instructions. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Set aside to cool. In a serving dish or a deep platter, spread the cooled ground beef evenly as the first layer. Layer the sour cream on top of the beef, followed by salsa, guacamole, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced black olives. Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 onion, diced. 1 packet taco seasoning. 1 can 15 oz refried beans. 1 cup salsa. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro optional. Tortilla chips, for serving.
Instructions: Over medium-low heat, cook the ground beef and onion in a skillet until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Get rid of extra fat. Put taco seasoning in the pan and cook as directed on the package. Put refried beans, salsa, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese in a slow cooker in that order. For one to two hours, or until the cheese melts and the dip is hot all the way through, cover and cook on low heat. If you want, you can add sour cream and chopped cilantro on top before serving. To go with tortilla chips, serve hot.

Put refried beans, salsa, cooked ground beef, softened cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for two to three hours, stirring every now and then, until hot all the way through and the cheeses are melted. When it's time, mix the dip well with a spoon. Serve hot with tortilla chips and any toppings you like.
