Training Blog: Day 49 and 50
Christmas threw me off a bit, got some new toys to play with though, so there's that =D
Day 49(yesterday):
Tabata Squats
Notes: Normal 4 minute Tabata set. just needed to squeeze something in today.
Day 50(today):
2x8 Pullups 3x7 Pullups 5x5 Dumbbell Rows (56 lbs) 5x5 Straight-leg Sandbag Deadlifts (103 lbs) 5x5 Bicep Curls (36 lbs) 5x5 Captain of Crush #2 Gripper Squeezes
Notes: Got a new gripper for christmas! Not able to get the full close on it yet, but I'm relatively close. Also working my way up to 5x8 pullups (I will admit, my form on the last set kind of sucked...) Also adding my straight-leg deadlifts to my pull day, instead of my leg day, so I can start alternating front squats and regular deadlifts as my main compound lift on leg day.
