So, with Clexa being endgame I would love to analyze this paper I wrote for my freshman current events class in high school one week after Lexa’s death.
First impression, I still love the title of the document. I love covering up my pain with a poor attempt at humor. Let’s keep in mind, I was 15, trying to sound as straight as possible when writing this, because barely anyone knew I was gay.
Man, I sure did a great job at staying objective. I TRULY DID ADD IN ALL HIS HORRIBLE NICKNAMES WE GAVE HIM IN THIS ESSAY. My teacher must have been so confused.

Little did we know what we started has now helped create much better lgbt representation in the media. Bury your gays trope is real, and we deserve better.

Final thoughts: though this paper is obviously very rushed and filled with rage, I think at the time it almost perfectly captured how I was feeling. Lexa’s death destroyed me for a while but I’m glad that since her death I’ve had a new purpose in life: to create a network/production company that helps gives a voice to those underrepresented in the media. I want to help promote healthy representation for everyone and not just white cishet people. Thanks jrotinhell for showing me, at age 15, what I wanted to change in the media. You’re still trash ❤️
