Was working on my Pyramid head cosplay, and I made the frame for the blade, here's how it looks-
It's ~65 inches long, and there's an xbox controller (~4 inches wide) beside it for reference.
(I'm so so sorry for filling up your dashboards)

Speaking of cosplay, I finished the build for Widow’s Wail tonight! It’s a little smaller than I would have liked, but I also need it to be manageable while wearing on my hip, lol.
The hilt is in three parts: pommel, grip, and crossguard. It’s supported by an 1/8th inch steel wire that runs from the pommel out into the lowest three inches of the wood. The “blade” itself is made of a 1/4 inch piece of poplar, so it’s super light.
Next step is to sand and paint the blade, then prime and paint the hilt. I’m going to 3D print the gems that go in the pommel and crossguard, then create a mold from the prints and cast them in resin!
