I honestly love how they enhanced Pyramid Head.
It was hilarious and embarrassing seeing this scene. Funny because Pyramid Head didn’t give two fucks that James was shooting him but I felt embarrassed for James. You shoot something and it doesn’t even CARE.
This scene got me good. I was expecting the part of the roof with the ladder leading down to be the area where he gets James but no. He Undertaker style crept up on James and slams his ass through a floor and then wrestler style walks to the hole.

This my tribute after having played this game that broke my mind into a quintillion pieces. I'm now seeing all the good games in the saga and I love them all, Silent Hill is so peak I'm so glad I could have played SH2R specifically because IT'S JUST SO GOOD.
This animation features a shit ton of symbolisms, feel free to analyze everything and not get brain damage in the process.

The Four of Cups represents James Sunderland's emotional withdrawal, grief, and inability to accept reality. James is consumed by what he has lost, which causes him to overlook opportunities to confront the truth and move forward. The three of cups (Mary’s letter, his wedding ring, and Forget-Me-Nots) represent James’ past emotional experiences, and he can’t stop focusing on them. The fourth cup (Maria’s hand), symbolizes a divine “gift”. Maria is the physical embodiment of the “perfect” woman he wished Mary could be, but she is a mysterious and tragic manifestation born from Silent Hill.
You know, I find it so funny that Ito is so pressed about how people see Pyramid Head that he not only regrets making him, he ALSO has doubled down and has verbally retconned all of the symbolism he wrote bro with.
