Max effort bench We are back!!!! No group tonight but no problem for this guy. Max effort work with the swiss bar and some chains. Not at all disappointed with these numbers. 225 + chains for a speedy single followed by 275 for a top set single. With the chains this 2 board top set was probably close to 300 at the top, this checks out based on my previous work so glad to see I retained some strength. July 2, 2019 Taper bench session was hot but fast. 5×5 on all lifts (apparently 6 on first bench video). One plate for all with the straight bar, swiss bar, and camber bar. Had to go off my toes in the blurry swiss bar video due to a higher bench seat. June 14, 2019 Dynamic bench and deadlift went well but bench feels like it's still a little slow. Banded bench for 5×3 and swiss bar bench for 3×5.
