Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 1/2 quarts mint chocolate chip ice cream. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon peppermint extract. 1/2 cup whipped cream. Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional.
