Ok so here's my weekly update. The last 10 days I've been doing @gregogallagher kinobody aggressive fat loss program as I wanted a shift in my progress. So from last week my weight is 162.2lbs from 164.8lbs my muscle mass has gone up from 40.6% to 41.8% and amazingly as it's called the aggressive fat loss program my fat has gone from 17.7% to 12.2% ridiculous results I know but I have to admit I have been really strict with my macros and sticking to my calories with not many treats. Really pleased with the results this week. It's always nice to have weeks like this when you work so hard!!
