muse a comes from a long line of summoners, and they have just gotten the right to finally summon their own demon. but when it happens it’s certainly not how they imagined it would go, especially when they know have to partner up with a complete stranger who may or may not wish to make their life hell.

possible points to consider:

muse b is a cute little thing that no one would imagine being a demon, let alone a powerful one.

muse b looks very frail unless they have taken in some of their handler’s essence.

MUSE A, disoriented and lacking of any memory, finds themself in a mysterious facility but fails to understand how they came to be there. They’re forced to participate in group therapy where they come to realise that all of the others present, including MUSE B, are murderers, suicides, generally all kinds of people who did something reprehensible and who have died. They have been condemned to an afterlife where they must repeatedly go back into rooms that cause them to relive the events that led up to them being trapped there, facing their own personal hell. Once a day they attend group therapy where they are supposed to share their experience, putting the puzzle pieces of their lacking memories together to understand and come to terms with what really happened.

MUSE A believes that they have been wrongly convicted and manage to unnerve MUSE B with constantly asking questions and following them around, but soon they become allies in their strange situation. And they decide to work on an escape plan with an unknown outcome...

They have ominous tattoos on their arms that mark them with their deep wrongs.

They can also sneak into each other’s rooms and maybe discover something the other kept a secret from them and everyone else, either with consent or randomly showing up for the sake of angst and drama and continually replaying the events so the true circumstances that led to both of their being there become apparent!

Character A comes from a family that hunts the supernatural. Character B is a supernatural creature. What happens when they fall in love?

Character A and Character B are both hunters of the supernatural, but are planning on getting out of the business now that they’re engaged. When Character A goes missing while on one last hunt, Character B assumes they’re dead. After several months, Character A blows back into Character B’s life. What Character B doesn’t know, is that Character A has become one of the creatures the two used to hunt.

Character A is a werewolf. Character B is a vampire. Their species have been at war for centuries, but when the two meet they feel an attraction to one another.

Character A is a centuries-old hybrid, the only known creature of his/her/their kind. When they meet Character B, the two cannot stand each other. But when Character B ends up becoming a hybrid, he/she/they must turn to Character A for guidance.
