Run on the spot, rotate with knee to opposite elbow skip, switch every 10 seconds
Aerobic step, 3 layer, side to side jump (not sure how to name this one, start with right foot on the ground, left foot on the step, jump to the left so that your right foot lands on the step and your left foot on the ground at the same time. repeat to other side, keep it going for one min)
Abs, Lying leg raises, your partner stands by your head and pushes your legs down when you reach a 90 degree angle, DO NOT touch your heels on the ground.
Forward dumbbell lunges with a rotation, step forward and rotate your torso in the direction of the front leg
Rest and repeat, rest and repeat!
