I’m impressed with the FLYBIRD adjustable weight bench. It feels sturdy under load, with solid build quality that inspires trust. Assembly was quick, all parts lined up, and the instructions were clear.

Adjusting the bench is easy, the lock positions click in cleanly, and the incline options cover flat, incline, and decline well. The seat and back stay stable at each angle, which makes presses and sit ups feel secure.
