PLEASE READ! Changes to DPI Server Part 1

Many changes were made to the server over the past weekend. This post outlines the first part of all the changes that have taken place.
This was the first step for refreshing the DPI server and overhauling everything from the plugins, applications, structure of worlds, permissions, ranks, staff members, and more. If you want to just get a general idea of what has changed, just read the bolded lines in each point.
1. A major project to expand Community will be taking place over the next few weeks. All players are welcome to help contribute to expanding Community. Existing structures that are outside the current plots and near the black road in Community will be moved. The expansion project can be seen has having a few phases. The first phase is to build a wall surrounding the current Spawn City. The second phase is to build gates or entrances in the wall, on each side of Spawn City. The third phase is to build paths from these entrances out into the world. The last phase is to build and develop the new cities. Again, all players are welcome to help build. If you have an idea and want to lead this project, please let an Admin know.
2. If you have any ideas or suggestions to give for the server, there is now a survey for you to do so! Please take a few minutes to fill out the DPI Survey here!
3. Moderator applications are now open. Current Residents and Veterans may apply for the Moderator position here. Super Moderator applications are not open.
4. Three staff members have been promoted! Please congratulate our newest Administrator, Wooly_Booly, and our two new Super Moderators, VengefulFruits and driftingport!
5. Community now has the same ranks as Inspire. In order, these are Visitor, Guest, Builder, Resident, Veteran, Mod, SuperMod, and Admin.
6. WorldEdit in Community is now restricted to players ranked Resident and above. This is to prevent the numerous incidents that have happened due to people misusing WorldEdit. Anyone found abusing WorldEdit will receive a warning.
7. The Veteran rank has been released server-wide. While the permissions for the Veteran rank is not fully completed yet, Veterans currently are able to use the superpickaxe on top of the commands allowed for Residents. Veterans are also allowed to use TNT in Community and Inspire. The Donor rank is still being worked on and is unreleased.
8. TNT and lava restrictions have been changed. Players ranked Veteran+ are now able to use TNT in Community and Inspire. Players ranked Resident+ are now able to use lava blocks in Community. Players are not allowed to spawn TNT anywhere on server, but may get it through crafting. Lava blocks may be spawned in Community. Monster spawners are still disabled. Players may still use lava buckets and flint and steel.
