Ingredients: 2 fresh sea bass fillets. 1 lemon, thinly sliced. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh thyme sprigs. 1 bottle of local Provence ros wine. Assorted fresh vegetables bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes. Crusty bread for serving.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Add salt, pepper, and minced garlic to the sea bass fillets. Pour olive oil over it and then add lemon slices. Season the fillets and put them on the grill with the different vegetables. The fish should be cooked all the way through and the vegetables should be soft. Grill for about 5 to 7 minutes per side. Open the bottle of Provence ros wine and pour it into glasses while you're grilling. Add fresh thyme sprigs to the grilled sea bass and serve it hot with grilled vegetables and crusty bread.
