Coffee and Sun is a delightful coffee recipe that can be enjoyed both hot or iced. It's perfect for those sunny mornings or lazy afternoons when you need a pick-me-up.
Ingredients: 1 cup of freshly brewed coffee. 2 tablespoons of cream or milk. 1 tablespoon of sugar adjust to taste. A pinch of cinnamon optional. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Make a fresh cup of coffee the way you like it. Add the sugar and stir it into the hot coffee until it's all mixed in. You can either let the coffee cool to room temperature or put it in the fridge to make iced coffee. When it's cool, add as much cream or milk as you like and mix it well. Put ice cubes in a glass and pour the coffee over them to make iced coffee. Add a pinch of cinnamon on top if you want to make it taste better. Have a nice cup of coffee and some sun!

A cool take on the traditional Paloma cocktail, with the sweet taste of honey and the sour taste of grapefruit and lime.
Ingredients: 2 oz tequila. 1 oz grapefruit juice. 0.5 oz lime juice. 0.5 oz honey syrup. Club soda, to top. Grapefruit wedge, for garnish. Salt, for rimming optional.
Instructions: Salt the edge of a glass if you want to. Put tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and honey syrup in a shaker. Put ice in the shaker and shake it well. Strain the mixture into the glass that has been set up and filled with ice. Add club soda on top. Add a wedge of grapefruit as a garnish. Serve and have fun!
