Sharkimoth coped with her crush by daydreaming about Hawkodile and drawing him and her in a little book she somewhere she hid in her atelier. Dr. Fox and Richard were also one of the first people (according to the fanmade episode Crush Catastrophe) that found out Sharkimoth had a crush on Hawkodile, so she often talked about him to them. Not in like this gushy way you´d expect of her, but more in like an emberassed and shy way.

Other than that she probably made some excuses for Hawkodile to hang out with her, but she was very awkward about asking him.

Hawkodile was definetly 'suffering from his crush' a lot more because he didn´t really have anyone to talk to it about except maybe Dr. Fox so he tried to kind of stop thinking about Sharkimoth by just being busy with training and stuff (he would ltrly be training and working for HOURS with no rest just to get her off his mind, but alas). So when his crush got too heavy for him, he would often write out his feelings in love/confession letters or lyrics, in hope that he would actually be able to send a love letter/sing a love song to Sharkimoth, but that never happened. He always hid them under his bed or somewhere in his dojo

He mostly tried hinting at his crush by impressing Sharkimoth, but it was not that easily because Sharkimoth can be often *seen* impressed, but not *actually* impressed

Sharkimoth was a lot more awkward about it, which was out of character for her and she actually had two people that helped her cope
