Sun Language Theory originates from a Turkish Nationalist “pseudoscientific” linguistic hypothesis, which was developed in the 1930s. This concept proposed that all human languages are descendants of one proto-Turkic primal language, because this primal language had close phonetic resemblances to Turkish, so all other languages can essentially be traced back to Turkic roots. According to the theory, Central Asian sun-worshippers, who wanted to salute the omnipotence of the sun and its life-giving qualities, had done so by transforming their meaningless blabbering into a coherent set of ritual uttering, and language was born, hence the name.
Our exploration of Sun Language Theory does not follow the original hypothesis of language being from Turkic roots, however, we found inspiration in the concept of transforming your language by giving it life-giving qualities and intentionally using warm words that celebrate the essence of the sun. The sun is the bringer of life, and light, and her rays shine with golden warmth that allows the cycle of creation to continue.
We are living in an exciting time where communication technologies have found new and exciting ways to reach people, beyond the spoken word, and written letter. As far as we've come technologically, unfortunately it seems we've almost taken on a more degraded vernacular to speak with each other. This observation has revealed a deeper understanding of how we choose to communicate. There is a generation of children communicating behind a screen, not face to face, and this is a problem that is being understood by a lot of new parents. Communication is an integral part of our growing society, so learning how to constructively create words that allow positive growth, will allow us to grow in a positive nature, while providing a way for us to better understand and articulate ourselves. An argument is a misunderstanding that can cause bullying, fights, and eventually (on a larger scale) even lead to war. If we choose to communicate in a way that allows us to better understand each other's perspective, a brighter future lies ahead.
The idea of implementing Sun Language is to act as the light-bringer that brings light to the way your words are formed, and the key of our work is to unlock your creative potential through an intentional design, by being clear about how you create, and listening to your mind, body, and spirit. The creative writing exercises we provide are the work, which allows you to be an artist who paints the canvas of your experience with beauty in your language. Allow the lessons to serve as a guide to not only assist in discovering the creator within you, but also allow the experience of the lessons to be how you fully comprehend the depth of the ocean of creation, which you are to explore with both the logical and intuitive parts of your consciousness.
When we are balanced with both logic and intuition, art and technology, communication and understanding – we can allow a more balanced personal reality, which in turn may extend to the greater reality, resulting in a paradigm shift where we begin to appreciate our differences as the poetry in motion that is life here on Earth. Poetry is subjective to the individual, yet it is art all the same. The art of our existence can either be a masterpiece, or a mirage, which is lost in time because of a lack of creativity or mindfulness. Sun Language is deeper than semantics; it is a living language of life that can be spoken in any dialect, and experienced by any willing participant that is open to receive these lessons.
