Sun Language School: Lesson 8, David and Goliath
The made lesson of the Bible as told through Sun Language is the story of Goliath and David.
The lesson of David and Goliath, was the metaphorical ideal that you are the man you command, and the man you oppose is only as strong as you allow him to be. The call of his fight against the giant of Goliath, was similar to the mythology of Hercules and similar to the lesson of the fables of Sumerian men, in the epic of Gilgamesh.
The idea is that you are all powerful, and the strength you allow is what you allow. Although you may face opponents who can be intimidating because of their perceived strength or stature. The notion to follow is that nothing is as powerful as you allow, and you are allowed to be as powerful as you believe.
The lesson of David defeating the giant against all odds, was to begin the notion of allowing faith to be what fuels your strength and understanding fear is only an illusion. The giant, metaphorically, is the illusion of fear. The moral to take away from this story is, you can defeat anything through faith, and you are alwayspowerful, even against an opponent who may be intimidating by his size.
Do not let your eyes deceive you of your truth.
