Artists are free to check whoever claimed their work anytime if they so wish, I know some have recognised their writers from the handle they gave and went ahead to contact them. It isn’t neccessary, however, as as soon as claims are over (which will be very soon most likely, claims are closing as soon as every piece has been claimed) we will be working on rounding up the results from the sign-up forms and putting people in contact with each other. 

You can do so if you want, it’s up to you, and this link should take you to the claiming sheet. (let me know if there’s a problem with it!)

Yeah, of course! That question on the sign-up form was less a promise and more for us to get an estimate of what numbers we’re working with. You’re welcome to switch down to less and you don’t have to let us know officially. Whatever amount of art you submit by the due date will be what’s entered.

(*likewise, if you signed up for one piece and were struck by another idea, you can enter 2/3 now as long as they’re all in by the due date!)

Yes, that means you’ve been accepted. There isn’t any screening process here. All you have to do is fill out the form and then the responding email is confirming that all of your information went through fine. You’re officially signed up to the bang! I double-checked the responses just to be sure.
