i like to make all firescales i draw like use the brightest color palletes because i like being able to distinguish them from other skywings
sunnys not a firescale but same with her,, i feel like in the books shes espacially described to have very bright golden scales that are clearly different from other "normal" sandwings, and i see lots of depictions with her having very dull sand color scales like other sandwings, or, even more commonly, even IN the books themselves, having pure sandwings scales be the same color as hers????? which would not blend into the sand smh,,,, anyways sunny ref sheet i made yesterday because i went on a rant and i think you guys deserve some sunny because of that
thorn gave them a beetle necklace because,, they were gonna be named beetle. OBVIOUSLYY..... also i think that after a while her almost non existent tail barb would start to be visible, its not at all functional and will never fully develop, but its visible nowwwwww
