With this Reese's Puffs Treat Ice Cream Sundae Cake, you can have the best ice cream cake ever. It has a chocolate syrup drizzle, chunks of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, vanilla ice cream that is soft and smooth, and a crunchy cereal crust.
Ingredients: 1 cup Reese's Puffs cereal. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened. 1 cup Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, chopped. 1/2 cup chocolate syrup. 1/4 cup chopped peanuts optional. Whipped cream for topping. Maraschino cherries for topping.
Instructions: Finely crush Reese's Puffs cereal and mix it with butter that has been melted. To make a crust, press the cereal mix into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Spread vanilla ice cream that has been softened over the crust. On top of the ice cream, sprinkle chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. Add chocolate syrup on top. You can add chopped peanuts to the chocolate syrup if you want to. Put it in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until it gets firm. Take it out of the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes so it can soften a bit before you serve it. Put whipped cream and maraschino cherries on top of the wedges you cut into it to serve.
