Today on Just the Sip we bring you the Summer Lager from Schlafly Beer, Saint Louis Brewery. We found this beer to be fairly mild, and a great beer for a hot day. It's flavor is crisp and clean, but we found it to be a little too mild. No bad flavors, and a great starter beer for someone who normally drinks BMC beers(Budweiser/Miller/Coors). We give it an 80/100!
