So here I am yesterday minding my own business. Okay, not really minding my own business at all. But, you catch my drift. I'm on the phone with Anndrea when all of the sudden *BAM*
Me: What? No. Excuse me? Who do you think you are?! What on God's green earth is happening right now. No. Not cool. Why...
And Anndrea's on the other end complaining about a similar situation, going:
Anndrea: Are you freaking kidding me? Like why? Seriously, why. I don't even understand! No! No!!
And then out of nowhere it disappears. And I'm just like.
Me: Anndrea...it's gone. Like physically gone. What the heck just happened?! I'm so confused!
None of this pertaining to the election at all. Anndrea and I found other turmoil in the midst of our strife. Why do we have parallel lives. Like, seriously.
There aren't enough words to explain how bad I need to just get out and go somewhere. I will give anything for this San Diego trip to work next summer. There are an infinite amount of reasons I want to go. But it will be the first hint of freedom that I've ever had. Anndrea will have just graduated college, I will be a month from starting my program with school. We will have both just turned 21, which gives me a sense of adulthood. I just need to go. I just want to get away now. I need to breathe. I need a change.
