this fencing scene from Episode 22

Some people may have overlooked on this one, but after rewatching and analyzing, I realized that this is one of my favorite scene in the anime. Reasons?

1. No Mobile Suit. This duel relies on their individual strength. This highlights Suletta’s strength without Aerial and Eri.

2. Two characters with big character development. Compare to when they first fought, they both have very contrasting characteristic then than in this moment. Both gained confidence and got matured in their own way. I’ll always be happy with how both grew out of their own shadows. Guel from his father’s shadow. And Suletta from Prospera and Eri’s shadow. I love how Suletta realized her mistakes and owning up to it.

3. Suletta’s first, and her last duel happened to be Guel. At least with what we know before the 3 years time jump.
