I want to die. I am lonely. Sad. Angry. Exhausted. I just done texting the Crisis Text Line because I was feeling particularly down. I never thought I would be suicidal. I still don't think I am. But I was bad this morning. I was at my worst yet. My Crisis Counselor suggested I try this. 

I lost my father 3 years ago to Cancer. He was my everything. Since then, I have also been dealing with severe Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). I always feel like I'm going to throw up. I am in constant pain both mentally and physically. I can't escape it. I am all alone in my pain. 

I am trying to find a reason to live. I am trying to find hope. It seems the further I get from my dad's death the worse I get. In situations when I should feel happy, I feel my worse. My mind is torn in two. I want to have fun with my friends and I want to stay in bed alone. I like being alone and I hate it. 

I am so tired of fighting. Tired of forcing myself out of bed every morning and go through the day. I am so tired.
