So I have this theory
based on very little evidence
that Jake actually is rather dominant
and Dirk is totally ok with this.
More than ok
if you catch my drift.
But anyway
here are just a few things
(read: like two)
that I've noticed in regards to this theory:
Dirk wants Jake to be his server player. In other words, he wants to relinquish control--to let Jake be able to have his way with Dirk's environment.Â
AR originally explained the "oceans cities volcanoes" scenario with Dirk rescuing Jake, and then switched it, noting that Jake would probably "like it better" if he was the "hero" in the situation. Â
This one is rather juvenile and kinda close-minded I guess, but Jake did mention that when he and Dirk "joked" about having romantic interest in each other, Dirk was the hypothetical girl, not Jake.
Forgive my rambling, I'm just a fangirl obsessed with submissive Striders.
