I’m so impressed by how strong/healthy my sourdough starter is nhfffhjgfghf like I’m ngl I did forget him in the fridge for like 3 months and took him out yesterday to wake up with a feed fully expecting it to take a few to get it back to usable but nope jgjdhdhd like I fed in the morning and then again in the evening and today he was like fully risen and active, volume tripled so I made some focaccia dough, left it for a few hours and haven’t fed it again but it’s literally tripled again like damn ok
