🍞 🍫 🌰Apologies in advance if my entire feed is made up of photos of this HOMEMADE HEALTHY VEGAN NUTELLA for a while. I'm just so obsessed, I cannot believe I made something so damn good. The second I finished blending it up, I grabbed the whole food processor and carried it around the house so everyone could try it. It's unbelievably similar to the (junky) original but made with a few simple ingredients - toasted nuts, maple syrup, coco powder, vanilla, salt, plant milk, coconut oil. No recipe just yet because I didn't measure anything and at one point I was sure this was a fail (omg it looked so bad) but hang in there and I'll have it for you soon (just ordered a 2lb bag of hazelnuts on Amazon).
