Sorry for not posting last night but this took the ____out of me! I deboned my own duck for the very first time 😂😂 wanted to make something special for my caveman and well he was super impressed. Yes it’s time consuming, and you need a really good boning knife(and I do) but this dish is so worth all the effort.
