Just sitting there chillin with my study notes
I was extremely depressed in the last couple of months. There were days when I can't even get out of bed and others were I cried all night. I lost 8 pounds unintentionally. I hated my life so bad that I just stopped interacting with anything or anyone. It was one of the toughest feelings I've ever experienced. 1 week ago I decided that if I hate my life that much then I have to do something about it to change it as being depressed will just keep me trapped in the same place, so, I forced myself to eat again, go for a 1 hour walk daily even when I don't feel like it and of course I started studying again hoping to be able take my exam in late September. I still don't feel good but I feel way better than last month and I believe that this tough time will pass and I will be happy and energetic again cause I deserve it.
Sorry for the long post I just wanted to share what I've been through with you guys. And for those out there who are experiencing something similar to what I've been through, I want you to know that I'm here for you, you're not alone in this. I believe in you and I know you too can stand back on your feet and fight your way out of this mess cause that's what we are, WE ARE FIGHTERS AND WE WILL NEVER GIVE UP.

I studied for 3 hours and then worked on other extracurricular things. My goal is to study 30 min extra everyday so by the end of the week I have 6 hours studying per day
