@pheasyque 🔴 BENCH PRESS - How to grip the bar 🔴 ✅✅✅ On the left, you can see that the bar is gripped at the “lower part of the hand”, basically just above the thumb: by placing the bar THERE, gravity will force your hand to stay facing up, aligning itself with the wrist, therefore creating a strong base for the bar. - ❌❌❌ On the right, the “suicide grip”. By placing the bar on the “Upper hand”, your hands will bend backwards no matter what.
