I love minute out there running! I know for some it is is not easy to get enough time for training but we are smart, while others are partying we have already some miles covered ( we party 🎉 after a good run, a PR or first race especially marathon!) I dont mean party is bad! We all have get fun sometimes, but i mean we are not controlled by it but we control what we do and when to do it and why?! . Be COMMITTED this new year and you will be surprised how far you will go!! When a challenge rise! Look back and see how far you have come and why you are doing it! Be RESILIENT and stay focused! As much as you are training your legs and your body!! Remember also to train your mind! It will save you when it gets tough!!
