Gender: Male

General Appearance: Inherits more of Walter’s strong build and his black hair, but has Cecil’s jawline and violet eyes.

Personality: Calm to outsiders, but very headstrong and more than a little excitable. When he get’s interested or focused on something its almost impossible to derail him, and he always has a quick retort on his tongue

Special Talents: Charm just oozes from this kid. Between a slight accent and later on a deep voice he inherits from Cecil, Jasper can smooth talk his way in or out of just about any situation. And as he grows up he becomes very athletic and an experienced hiker.

Who they like better: It depends on his mood. Sometimes it’s Walter, sometimes it’s Cecil, and sometime he changes his mind partway through the day.

Who they take after more: He takes more after Walter in terms of build and temper, but has bits of Cecil in his passion and voice.

Personal Head canon: Walter teaches him how to play the piano and occasionally Cecil will sneak him into the radio station (wearing a Kevlar bodysuit and helmet) and shows him how to work a switchboard and helps him memorize the different frequencies.
