The Miracle I Wanted, The Strength Jesus Gave First,

Shopping for dad one last time.

On the day that I went down to the fairgrounds in hopes of getting the boys bikes Faith was at the store picking out her fathers suit. You see Faith’s father had went home to be with our Heavenly Father and she had the task to pick out the shirt, tie, socks, jacket, etc. I remembered like it was yesterday going into Marshalls to pick out my dads shirt and tie for his home going service. I…

Today was busy.

I went to three different churches today.

One to sing a solo, another to attend training for being a VBS leader, and another to just attend the service. That last one is LifeChurch.

Many many ugly tears today from worshiping and the message.

Something that the campus pastor said in passing affected me immensely.

"We're going to pray this prayer of acceptance all together, as a family." I come from a family of dysfunction. They're not bad people, I love them. They're also saved.

But there is toxicity and a lot of hurt.

I'm praying for a miracle.

And to hear that I have a Huge, loving, perfect, Healthy family in Christ and in those saved by Him (that will eventually include my parents and I), it just sent me bawling.

I'm so thankful that there is a Peace coming beyond what we can imagine.

Pain and conflict that we think can't be resolved CAN be through God.
