A member of Savannah rapper Quando Rondo's entourage was killed when he was shot at a Los Angeles gas station Friday afternoon. According to LA-affiliate KABC authorities say the victim, who was described only as a 23-year-old man, took off in a black Cadillac Escalade after he was shot. The vehicle stopped a short time later. TMZ is reporting that the rapper in the SUV with the victim was Savannah native Quando Rondo. According to TMZ, Rondo wasn't injured in the shooting but could be seen visibly upset at the scene. Police say the shooting began when three suspects pulled up to the gas station and began shooting from their car. It's not clear if there was an exchange of gunfire.
