Saturday's are always the roll the dice #wod. We rolled: 21 min Alternating EMOM 4 Power Cleans 135/95 20 sit-ups 20 bar over jumps (over and back being 1 jump) So I'm warming up to my power clean weight of 95 and my coach Norm says, "You should do 115." And I just stare at him like, "You're kidding, right?" For context, my current max is 125. So we comprised and decided I would do 115 for the first 3 rounds and 95 the last 4. Except that once we started the wod, I was crushing 115 so I figured I'd stay there until I failed. Which I didn't. The very last power clean minute I even did 6 power cleans at 115 instead of only 4! Needless to say, I feel awesome.
