Dermatillomania hard mode plushie challenge:
30 days cold turkey, no picking ANYWHERE on my body, not just my face. reward: one Hollow Knight baby grub plush.
I am already on day 2. only 28 more days. I can do this. I’m taking a picture of my face every single day to have physical evidence of my scabs and scars healing up for when I feel like it’s not working and that I have to dig out all of the badness. I can do this. I want this grub baby. I want him so badly. I’m gonna tape a picture of him on my mirror so that every time I want to pick I have to look at him and ask if it’s worth losing him. I can do this.
